A kickoff conversation and assessment
We map your goal, normal schedule, food and movement patterns, past attempts, preferences, constraints, and what tends to break first.
14-day Fitness System Sprint · Founding pilot
For busy leaders and parents starting or starting again. We look at your actual week, find the biggest gap, and spend two weeks building and trying a first version that fits.
30-minute fit conversation. Founding pilot: $500 for 14 days.
The output
Food, movement, and training choices that fit your current life.
A smaller version, chosen ahead of time.
A next step after interruptions instead of another restart.
A tested first version, with room to keep learning.
Who this is for
You might know the basics but keep losing the routine when a demanding week arrives. Or you might be new to fitness and need help figuring out a sensible first step. We begin with an assessment of your goal, your current habits, your constraints, and the change that would help most.
You have tried several plans and none has survived your actual schedule.
You want to improve food, movement, or training without overhauling everything at once.
You want a way to handle missed days without treating them as failure.
Inside the Sprint
The specifics depend on your goal and starting point. These are the pieces that make the two-week pilot concrete.
We map your goal, normal schedule, food and movement patterns, past attempts, preferences, constraints, and what tends to break first.
We choose the signals that matter for your goal. That could mean meals, protein, steps, workouts, or calories for a period. We use them to learn, not to judge a single day.
Food and movement defaults, a realistic training option, your normal week, a smaller busy or travel week, and a clear return rule.
You try the plan in your ordinary week. We use agreed, bounded asynchronous check-ins to notice friction and make small adjustments.
We review what held up, what felt hard, and which assumption needs changing. One imperfect week is information, not a verdict.
You leave with an updated written plan, your useful signals, and a simple way to review or reset it after the Sprint.
How the 14 days unfold
There is no dramatic two-week body promise. The goal is to make a workable first system and learn from using it.
Find the most useful gap to work on, agree on a baseline, and make a first plan small enough to try.
Use the food and movement defaults, including a lighter version when life gets crowded. Check in on what happens.
Use the feedback to make a second version, with a plan for the next few weeks rather than another fresh start.
Pilot pricing
I am testing this format with a small founding group. We discuss fit and the exact scope before you commit.

My story · Personal proof
In 2012, I lost about 60 pounds through a restrictive approach and running. I could not sustain it and eventually regained the weight and more. These are three original photos from that year, presented as a new progression montage.

February 8, April 16, and July 10, 2012. Original photos; matched presentation and cropping only.
The later chapter
Since January 2024, I have lost more than 100 pounds through food tracking, protein, strength training, boxing, walking, and learning how to return after imperfect days. I did not begin with the full routine I have now. I built it gradually and changed it as my life changed.
My experience is why I care about useful feedback and a plan for messy weeks. Your starting point, choices, and progress will be your own.

Questions and fit
No. We can start with the basics and an assessment of where you are. If you have tried before, we will use what those attempts taught you.
We will choose the amount of tracking that helps answer your goal and biggest bottleneck. That may include steps, meals, protein, or calories for a period; we start with a useful baseline and decide together. A gym may help some goals, but it is not a default requirement.
We agree on a simple check-in channel, cadence, and response window before starting. It is bounded support for the two-week experiment, rather than on-demand coaching at all hours.
The Sprint is designed to create and test a workable first plan. Weight and other outcomes vary, and I do not promise a specific change in two weeks.
You have an updated plan you can keep using independently. If you want more implementation support and it is a fit, we can discuss the optional six-week pilot.
No. I provide education, planning, systems thinking, and accountability. I do not diagnose or treat conditions, prescribe medical nutrition therapy, or replace a clinician, registered dietitian, or qualified trainer when you need one.
A clear boundary: My transformation is personal proof of my experience, not evidence of client outcomes. If an injury, medical condition, or eating disorder needs specialist care, we should involve an appropriately qualified professional.
Start with a conversation
Tell me your goal, what you have tried, and where the plan tends to break. We will see whether the 14-day Sprint is a useful first step.
